By accessing or using the Octreum platform, website, API, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Octreum provides a crypto analytics platform that includes, but is not limited to:

  • Real-time cryptocurrency market data and tracking
  • Proprietary CryptoScore™ composite scoring
  • Technical analysis tools and indicators
  • Whale transaction tracking and on-chain analytics
  • DeFi protocol analytics
  • AI-powered market commentary
  • Paper trading simulation
  • REST API and WebSocket data feeds

3. No Financial Advice

The information provided through the Services is for informational and educational purposes only. Octreum does not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.

CryptoScore™ ratings, technical analysis signals, AI commentary, and any other data or outputs should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency or financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every individual. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update any changes to your information
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

Octreum offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees to your payment method
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services without authorization
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Services beyond permitted API usage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
  • Exceed rate limits or API quotas for your subscription tier

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to the CryptoScore™ methodology, scoring algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks — are owned by Octreum and protected by intellectual property laws.

CryptoScore™ is a trademark of Octreum. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

8. Data Accuracy & Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services
  • That the Services will meet your specific requirements

Data is sourced from third-party providers and may be subject to delays, errors, or interruptions beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octreum and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Octreum from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
